• Implement recommended security measures in a timely manner
• Notify us immediately of any security incidents or breaches
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems

4. Cybersecurity Disclaimer

Our cybersecurity services and recommendations are provided based on industry best practices and current threat intelligence. However, we cannot guarantee:

• Complete protection against all cyber threats
• Detection of all vulnerabilities or security issues
• Prevention of all security breaches or incidents
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PK Technology LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Costs of substitute goods or services
• Damages resulting from security breaches or incidents
• Losses due to implementation of our recommendations
• Any other damages arising from the use or inability to use our services

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such failure is a result of acts of nature, government actions, war, civil disturbance, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to:

• Cyber attacks or security breaches affecting our systems
• Internet service provider failures
• Power outages or infrastructure failures
• Natural disasters or emergencies
• Government actions or regulations

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
